==== Standard Text in Emails ====
- Open a new Email
- Type the **standard text par**t or copy a **text** from an existing email
- Select the **standard text**
- Select the Tab **Insert**
- Press **Quick Parts** in section **Text**
- Select **Save selection to Quick Parts Gallery**
- Give the text a **Name** and press **OK**
Now, whenever you want to include a standard text, set your cursor at the insertion point, then:
- Select the Tab **Insert**
- Press **Quick Parts** in section **Text**
- Select the standard text from the drop down list.
==== Email Tracking issues CRM ====
In case Email tracking is not working or when you encounter numerous windows security iexplorer.exe pop up windows, you probably need to clear the internet explorer cache:
- Close Outlook completely.
- Open CRM4 (This opens Internet Explorer 11, ie11)
- Open ie11 Settings (wheel, top right hand corner)
- Select //Internet Options//
- In the //General// tab, press the button //Delete...//
- Select all items
- Press //Delete//
- Press //Apply// in the previous window
- Press //OK// to close the windown.
- Close ie11
- Open the Parallels Client window.
- Select //Sessions// - //Log out//
- The Parallels Window should be empty, If not, repeat the previous step.
- Wait 20 seconds and then select //Settings// - //Connect//
The security window issue should be resolved now.
**Note: **
When you open CRM4 for the first time, the webpage may seem distorted. Click the Tools menu and select //Compatibility View Settings// and Add the website to the Compatibility List.
Next Close the menu, and Close all open Tabs which will close ie11 too.
Now open CRM4 again and the page should be viewed properly.
