====== 3CX Dialer ======
In order to be able to AUTO-Dial //Attributes// of type telephone with 3CX, a few configuration steps need to be done on the CRM User level (in the Parallels Client):

  - Install the 3CX Click to Dial extension in Chrome Webbrowser
  - Activate the extension using the credentials provided to you.
  - Open the 3CX webclient page in Chrome and log in if requested.
  - Select either the Yealink DeskPhone or Smartphone as preferred VoiP Device in the top-righthand corner in the 3CX webclient
  - Close the 3CX webclient. You don't have to use it anymore in the future.

**Notes:**
  - If you get an Chrome Error Message "Device not recognized", check as described above if the VoiP device is set to Yealink or Smartphone; In the Parallels Client environment there is no computer audio device or "Browser Extension" for VoiP.
  - The above settings need to be taken care off, even if you selected the proper VoiP Device in your local Chrome browser!

Whereever applicable in CRM, you can AUTO-Dial a number by pressing the Telephone or Mobile Phone icon in a //Form//. If the corresponding //Attribute// contains a value (even text......), a pop-up window opens with the 3CX Dialer. Press //Call// to engage.
