===== Default Font and Size =====

When you create an //Email Activity//, the default font, size, and color depend on the browser settings. there is another post [[crm:general#browser_settings|Browser Settings]] that describes these settings.

However, even if you use the above settings, the recipient might see a quite differernt email than the one you created in CRM. To avoid this, there is an 'Empty' Email template with the proper font settings you can invoke after opening a new //Email Activity//:

  * Go to the top of the EMail Body (where you write your text)
  * Open this Template: **Logic Default Empty**

Now type your email and send it.
===== Actual End =====

When an Email is sent this Attribute contains the Date/Time when it was actually submitted to the mail server.
When an Email is received this Attribute contains the Date/Time when it was actually received by mail server.

whether an Email in //Incoming// our //Outgoing// can be seen in the bottom statusbar and in the top header when you open the email in CRM.
