====== Phone Calls ======

If you want to create a Phone Call Activity to Follow up at a later time, you must create it from the entity's [[crm:activities|Activity Associated View.]].

Some Fields are copied from the Regarding Contact, but they may not be visible when the Activity is created. When you close and reopen the Phone Call they should appear. (Relates to //Mobile Phone//).

It is also possible to create a phone call activity for follow up using the //Call Back Dialog//: In the Contact Form, locate in the Ribbon //Run Dialog// and select the //Call Back Dialog// action.
