====== Insyde Support Hour Handling ======

Open the excel support hours report, which was sent by Insyde.
Click on the TAB with the correct customer and write it down to a new excel book (by clicking right mouse button, drop down menu appears, click on "move or copy" , under "To book:" go to "(new book)" and check box "Create a copy".
Save as new document with the correct month, for instance TQ2023_05.
Make a copy and put in document f.i. "_TQ Support Summary.xlsx". Place in the correct Period Q1/Q2 etc. under Column F.
Add the used hours in column D (-...) and if there has been received a new PO with Support, add the number of hours also in column D in row with text "Hours purchased in this period" and the Order reference number of customer in Column B, and save.

Note: If total sum is not correct, due to decimals after comma, go to column S on total amount and right click. Drop down menu appears. clickn Format Cells, and change "Decimal places"to 1.


Send each month an email to the customers with an overview of the used hours. If necessary, a quotation in pdf will be attached, if customer does have negative hours.
