==== Scan to Folder ====
**Pre-Requisites**
For scan to folder to work, a user needs to add a //Scans// folder directly under its Users folder on the Shared Drive:
Logic\Users\<name>\Scans
Next, the administrator needs to add an SMB registration for the user on the Printer (See Printer manual).
**Using Scan to Folder**
- On the Printer home screen, look for a destination called //SMB// followed by your initials and the text //Scans//.
- Next place your document in the ADF or directly on the Scanner Glass
- Press //Start//
- After completion, there should be a pdf in your //Scans// folder on the Shared Drive that starts with //KMxxxxxx//.
**Note**
General practice is that you rename the file to a sensible title and **Move** it to its final folder; your Scans folder should be empty after the job is done.
