====== Shared Folder Contents ======
The default storage area for all business related data. Data is stored based on their category (Accounting, Logistics, Sales, Marketing....).
Users should not create folders or store files in the root (Logic\) but use an existing folder and create a sub-folder if required.
If you don't know where to put your files, then ask.....perhaps a new category or root folder needs to be created.
This data is stored on an external storage device and is backed up every day. The retention time is 30 days. In case you deleted a file/folder contact management timely; usually data can be retrieved within 4 hours.
External storage is costly. please use it wisely and review what you want to archive or what can be deleted.

the //Archive// subfolder contains the same folder structure as the above. Data stored in the archive will be transferred to the external archive disk on a yearly basis.
