<p>Mariëndaal is onderdeel van Centrum Plan Groesbeek. Project Mariëndaal bestaat uit 94 appartementen voor ouderen en vormt een moderne accommodatie met zorg- en/of woonvoorzieningen. Kloostertuin bestaat uit 32 appartementen voor dementerende ouderen en 39 appartementen voor mensen met een zorgindicatie. Heuvelrijk bestaat uit 49 appartementen variërend in sociale en middeldure huur en voor de Rozenboog werden 13 luxe appartementen gerealiseerd. Dit zijn complexen waar eventuele aanvullende zorg kan worden ingekocht.</p>
<p>Het moderne wooncomplex is door ZZG zorggroep samen met woningcorporatie Vestia ontwikkeld. De architect heeft zich laten inspireren door het voormalige stadshotel Bellevue, dat tegen het klooster stond. Kenmerkend voor dit hotel waren de statige uitstraling, de bijna rechtopstaande daklijn en het stereotype metselwerk met donkere smetplint.</p>
