                <strong>Position in the organisation</strong><br />
                <p>
                    Sales support employee (M/F) for quick and careful processing of orders.
                    You report directly to the Office Manager.
                </p>

                <strong>Profile</strong><br />
                <ul>
                    <li>Working and thinking at intermediate and higher vocational education level (MBO+/HBO) and
                        knowledge of sales through education and/or work experience.</li>
                    <li>At least 1 year experience in a commercial office sales function with similar tasks.</li>
                    <li>French: near native + English and/or Dutch: fluent.</li>
                    <li>Ability to solve problems and recognize bottlenecks.</li>
                    <li>Ability to prioritise, be flexible to switch quickly and work in a structured manner in a dynamic and
                        sometimes hectic working environment.</li>
                    <li>Ability and wish to work both in a team as well as autonomously.</li>
                    <li>Organisational capacity.</li>
                    <li>Personal characteristics: spontaneous, decisive, eager to learn and proactive, stress resistant and a
                        positive approach.</li>
                    <li>Excellent command of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook and experience with ERP systems.</li>
                    <li>40 hours per week (not part-time).</li>
                </ul>

                <strong>Purpose of the position:</strong><br />
                <p>
                    As sales support employee, you are responsible for internal order handling, deliveries, sending of samples and handling of complaints of national and international customers. This involves the reception, accurate processing and sending of orders via the ERP system. Related tasks are; making simple offers/quotes, maintaining customer contacts, supporting the field sales staff and answering of customer questions by telephone and/or email. You provide an excellent service are an key contact person for our company.
                </p>

                <strong>Core tasks</strong><br />
                <ul>
                    <li>Provide sales support to Account Managers, including the entire administrative process.</li>
                    <li>Responsibility for the accurate processing of the daily order flow.</li>
                    <li>Booking transports with our preferred transport operators.</li>
                    <li>Giving advice and information about our products, creating extra sales, handling of complaints and the
                        related administration.</li>
                    <li>General office tasks, including answering the telephone.</li>
                    <li>Together with your colleagues you monitor the quality of the order processing.</li>
                    <li>Being the ‘face’ of the company. Visitors received with a warm welcome by sales support and  will
                        accompanied to the conference room.</li>
                    <li>Take part in exhibitions, both nationally and abroad, to support the sales team  (2x per year).</li>
