Promic has grown significantly over de past years and it looks like this growth will continue in this trend.<br>
As a result, our organisation has been looking for a ERP software system that can keep pace with this development. We hereby inform you that this new software system will go live on <strong>1 April 2016</strong>.<br><br>
Despite months of extensive testing, it is possible that our order processing will not always be as smooth as you may expect from us during the first few days.<br>
We ask for your understanding for any inconvenience caused in this period.<br><br>
You will notice the following changes:<br>

<li>new layout of order confirmations, invoices and packing lists</li>
<li>less human errors</li>
<li>digital invoicing </li>
</ul>

Please do not hesitate to inform us if you experience any inconvenience during our going-live-period. We will of course try to find a suitable solution for you. <br><br>
We have also welcomed a new Sales Support colleague: Herman Janssen. Herman who, besides Dutch, speaks English, German and Spanish as foreign languages, will introduce himself personally to you in the near future.<br><br>
