TOPS delivers 3 categories of filters: paint collector filters, bag filters and synthetic filter cloth. Within these categories we can provide <strong>all types of filters</strong>, from floor filter to ceiling filter. TOPS is not bound to a specific brand which enables us to corporate with all paint shops and repair shops.
In our own warehouse the spray booth filters are <strong>cut at the right sizes</strong> and (if wanted) are packed per spray booth.

Andreae filters
</row>

For spraying booths with very high quality requirements, we can provide the prime paper Andreae filters. The Andreae filter is a <strong>powerful fire extinguishing</strong> paper zigzag filter. The filters deliver <strong>top quality regarding efficiency</strong>. This is due to the precise construction where the spray polluted air changes direction at least 4 times. Due to the centrifugal effect that arises, the sticky particles are separated.

Paint arrestors
</row>
<row type="p">
Paint arrestors are the first dry filters that are designed to catch the separated spraying parts. They are produced from cut and stretched paper and polyester. They effectively collect the paint spray parts, before they reach the air drainage.

Ceiling filter TOPS 600-G

<strong>The ceiling filter </strong> is a fine filter especially designed for air filtration in spraying booths.
The ceiling filter is of type M5 and is applied in the final stage in filtration of air entry.
In order to prevent separated dust particles from vibrating through the ceiling filter and damage the paint, the ceiling filter is adapted with a so-called <strong>dust binding substance</strong>. As long as this substance is not saturated, the filter medium stops every granular dust particles (also oxygen).
